The before picture shows the results at home tray whitening. This patient was concerned about the spaces and rotation of her upper front teeth. We placed Cerec crowns on her left lateral and cuspid to correct the rotation problem. We placed bonding on several teeth to close the spaces as well as re-contoured the enamel on her lower teeth. She felt as if she had instant orthodontic results!
